Eight Areas of Income as Consultant

Modicare business plan (or Azaadi plan) is often advertised as a combination of eight areas of income. In this post, I’ll describe what each of them are.

  1. Modicare personal purchase discount and bonus – up to 20%
  2. Retail profit – up to 20%
  3. Accumulative performance bonus (APB) – 7% to 22%
  4. Director Bonus – 14%
  5. Leadership Productivity Bonus – 15%
  6. Outbound Travel Fund – 3%
  7. Dream Vehicle Fund – 5%
  8. Dream Home Fund – 3%

1. Modicare personal purchase discount and bonus – up to 20%

As a Modicare consultant, you can buy products at a discount of up to 20%. Additionally, you can get loyalty bonus for continuing to purchase Modicare products every month after every six and twelve months.

2. Retail profit – up to 20%

As a Modicare consultant, you can buy products at a discount of up to 20%, but can sell them to the customers at MRP, which means a profit of up to 20%! For example, you buy products worth Rs. 2000 at a discount of 20%, i.e. for Rs. 1600. Selling them to the customers will net you Rs. 400 profit.

3. Accumulative performance bonus (APB) – 7% to 22%

As soon as you become a Modicare consultant, you start earning cashback on every purchase depending on your level determined by your AGBV. Not just that, you also start earning a cut of BV generated by other consultants in your group (called Downlines). Even a small-sized group can lead to a significant income of a few thousand rupees. And, with proper expansion technique, APB and other bonuses in aggregate can reach into lacs!

4. Director Bonus – 14%

At 22% APB level, you are a director (which is not hard to achieve). Director level opens new income doors, including director bonus, which is a cut of the 14% of Modicare’s total business volume for that month. Your cut is determined by the PGBV generated by you and your group.

5. Leadership Productivity Bonus (LPB) – 15%

Higher ladders above Director, open new avenues for income, including LPB. This bonus is a reward to groom leaders under your group. You get a cut of 15% of total BV generated by the company. It is paid to all Qualified Senior Directors (QDs) and above who at least have one downline (also called a leg) who is a qualified senior director or above with 90000 GBV.

6. Outbound Travel Fund (OTF) – 3%
7. Dream Vehicle Fund (DVF) – 5%
8. Dream Home Fund (DHF) – 3%

The last 3 income avenues open at higher ladders. OTF becomes available to all Qualified Senior Directors and is determined on the basis of director bonus points. DVF opens up after maintaining Qualified Senior Executive Director status for 3 consecutive months. Similarly, DHF opens up after maintaining Qualified Presidential Director or higher status for 3 consecutive months.
